Our subscription model operates on a continuous renewal basis, ensuring uninterrupted access to our services. Following the conclusion of each paid term, subscriptions will automatically renew.

Purchases and subscriptions are considered final and non-refundable. Cancellation is possible at any time; the service will remain active until the current billing cycle concludes or immediately if communicated otherwise. We encourage users to thoroughly assess GrowVerified and its offerings prior to committing to a paid plan. Refunds will not be provided for misunderstandings related to the service's functionality or limitations.

We offer a no-cost trial of our product to ensure it meets your needs and to prevent any dissatisfaction post-purchase, negating the need for refunds due to unmet expectations.

Subscription Fees

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize GrowVerified and our payment processors to charge your bank account or credit card for all applicable fees. Subscriptions continue and renew automatically. Failed payments will be reattempted. Subsequent payment failures will result in immediate cancellation of the service.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. To initiate cancellation, visit your Stripe panel from your invoice emails, reach out to us via email at info@growverified.com or through direct communication with our support on Telegram. Please note that cancellation will halt the automatic renewal of subscription fees.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued for user errors, such as incorrect username/profile handle changes, alteration of profile visibility, or purchase errors without prior notification to our support team.

Should the service not meet your anticipated outcomes, refunds are not provided. We offer a complimentary version of our service for evaluation purposes to ensure clarity on the results prior to any financial commitment. We advise clients to utilize this option before proceeding with a purchase.
